Exhibition is open from 19th June until 23rd July 2010.
‘22’ is a group show opening Friday 18th June 2010 at The National Grid Gallery in Brookvale.
The exhibition is a celebration female artistic talent from around the world.
Each artist has been requested to produce an original piece specifically for this event.
None of the work will have been seen anywhere before.
The band ‘KissKiss n Tell’ will also be performing LIVE on the night.

UK illustrator, Steven Topley, has created this cool number 23. I’ve heard they got early snow in London this year, they are so lucky, those of us down under meanwhile are sweltering in the heat, feeling more like a melted snow man.

Monsieur Qui (in English Mister Who) is a clever French illustrator who loves cats, dogs, handmade works, brass bands and pastes big posters in the streets of Paris. He works in watercolors and inks and produces some sweet street art.

Kareem Rizk is a Melbourne based Australian artist. Rizk works in various mediums include collage, acrylic, oil pastel, pencil, solvent transfers and acrylic transfers as well as digital collage. The work is highly textured and often multi-layered with a nostalgic, vintage and weathered quality.
